I receive many requests from families looking for a nanny trained in the Educaring® Approach (aka RIE®). If you find yourself looking for a job and would like to work with one of these families, you can fill out the form below and I will let you know if there is a family that would be a good fit.
If you have not yet taken RIE® Nurturing Nanny™ or RIE® Foundations™, I recommend you do this as soon as possible. Families who are interested in this approach look for these qualifications when hiring.
If I don't have a family for you, I can forward your request to a nanny agency I work with that understands the Educaring® Approach and the types of nannies that suit this work. There are usually more families seeking nannies than the other way around, so your odds of finding a job with this method are good.
